Hamed holds a master of design from university of illinois at chicago, earned in 2024. Since 2015, he has worked across diverse areas of industry, including home appliances, medical devices, industrial tools, and custom mold design.
He is a multidisciplinary designer driven by a deep interest in objects, art, craft, and fabrication. His practice brings together industrial design, engineering experience, material exploration, and hands-on making to develop objects that are both technically considered and visually expressive. Through this process, he explores how material, form, and craftsmanship can come together to create objects with a distinct character and artistic narrative.
Outside of design, Hamed continues his creative practice through classical music, playing violin as part of an orchestra.
